It is a Numb Electrical Tool to shock the live pig out of consciousness, used for the medium or small slaughterhouse. The pig will be unconscious for short time when shocked after bathing. This unit also can be used with the pig conveyor.

It is the first working procedure equipment of the live pig slaughtering technique. It makes use of electricity to shock live pig unconsciously. Pig Straddle Conveyor

It is conveying equipment for live pig to hoisting, and it can be used together with Manual Electric Numb Machine. Very suitable for medium and small slaughterhouse, has the advantages of small volume, convenient maintenance and simplicity of operation, etc.

2. 臥式放血機(jī)

Horizontal Flat Conveyor with Bloodletting Groove

擊昏后的毛豬通過滑槽滑入臥式放血平板輸送機(jī)上持刀刺殺放血,，通過1-2分鐘的瀝血輸送，豬體有90%的血液流入血液收集槽內(nèi),。這種屠宰方式有利于血液的收集和利用,，也提高了宰殺能力。也是和三點(diǎn)式電擊擊暈機(jī)最完美的組合方式,。

The stunning pigs are slide onto the horizontal flat conveyor trough runner, which will prick the pigs after 1-2 minutes and conveying, 90% of blood will flow into the bloodletting groove. In this way helps to the collection and utilization of blood and improved the slaughtering ability. Besides, it will be a perfect combination to work together with the Three-Point Electric Numb Machine.

該機(jī)是毛豬經(jīng)刺殺,，瀝血后為清洗干凈豬體而設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備,，可使豬體干凈，無污染的進(jìn)入燙毛或預(yù)剝作業(yè),。

This machine is designed for washing and cleaning pig carcass after killing and bloodletting. It makes the carcass clean and without pollution to get ready for the hair scalding or pre-dehiding.

6. 蒸汽燙毛隧道

CHANNEL OF SCALDING

燙毛隧道是國(guó)內(nèi)具有先進(jìn)水平的豬用設(shè)備,。本機(jī)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)量確定長(zhǎng)度。并可實(shí)現(xiàn)手工及PLC遠(yuǎn)程控制,。該機(jī)用在豬刨毛前,，能有效的減少豬的交叉污染。（燙毛溫度一般控制在60-65℃,，4到6分鐘方可進(jìn)入螺旋式刨毛機(jī)進(jìn)行連續(xù)刨毛）,。

The channel of scalding is advanced level in China, the length of equipment is determined by the product capability. It allows both manual and PLC long range control. It can be used before pig shaving, which can reduced the cross pollution efficiently. (The temperature normally is controlled between 60 to 65 degree centigrad,e in the process of shaving after 4-6 minutes and enter into the Spiral Debristling Machine. )

該機(jī)是將掛在放血線上的毛豬利用上下坡，將毛豬下到燙池內(nèi),，需經(jīng)過一定時(shí)間的浸燙，其特點(diǎn)是燙毛時(shí)間一定,，比較適合豬體大小一樣的生豬,，燙毛效果較好。

It makes the pigs which hung on he bloodletting conveying line enter into scald pond by upraise and declivity. Besides, it is of certain time scalding and good results for scalding which is more suitable for equal sized pigs.

搖燙機(jī)

該機(jī)是安裝在燙豬池內(nèi),，將毛豬進(jìn)行往復(fù)推進(jìn),，翻滾，并把燙好的豬體輸送到刨毛機(jī)的撈耙上,，為更好地刨毛做準(zhǔn)備的專用設(shè)備,。

The scalding rocker is installed inside of the pig scald pond. The pigs will be pushed forth and back, and rolled. Besides, the well scaled pig will be conveyed onto the planer. It is special equipment can make a good preparation for unhairing.

TYPE ZBM-11 SPIRAL DEBRISTLING MACHINE

This is the advanced equipment of the pig dehairing in the domestic market. The inner of this machine consist of “U” type board to avoid hurting and breaking the body. It allows different sizes of pigs enter into it because of its wide space. The process can be controlled by machine systems and two rollers which leaded by two reduced speed machines can shave the skin fast. 預(yù)剝輸送線是剝皮機(jī)的配套設(shè)備適用于機(jī)械剝皮前的人工預(yù)剝,、去頭蹄等工作的設(shè)備，平板式適用于人工剝皮,，該設(shè)備長(zhǎng)度可根據(jù)屠宰量和廠房條件而定,。

It is a corollary equipment of the dehider, and used to part away the head and feet manually in preparation for mechanical de-skinning. The flat type is suitable for manual peeling, and its length is decided by the slaughtering capacity and factory house conditions

This machine is used got hoisting alive pigs and carcass or dropping returned hooks. Besides, it can hoist or decent at ideal height according to clients needs. Moreover, it is easy structure flexibility, easy operation and convenient maintenance, etc

This is an auto conveying equipment being used to convey pigs from cutting of around anus, chest opening, evisceration, pig washing, splitting, quarantine, trimming and carcass conveying etc. it has parallel transmission with synchronous sanitary inspection.

11. 燎毛修刮拋光輸送機(jī)

該套設(shè)備由干燥機(jī)，燎毛爐,，拋光機(jī)及輸送線四部分組成,。干燥機(jī)可以清除豬胴體上的松毛和水分,，從而減低了燃?xì)獾挠昧浚涣敲珷t可以燒掉豬胴體上絨毛,，并給豬皮殺菌,；拋光機(jī)在燎毛后為豬胴體表面進(jìn)行最終清洗，使手工刮毛的工作量大大降低,，從而提高了工作效率,。

This unit consists of drier, singeing oven, abrasive finishing machine and conveyor. Drier may eliminate moisture and fluff to reducing dosage of fuel gas. Singeing oven may burn out fluff on the carcass, and make sterilization for pig skin. Abrasive finishing machine is used to wash the carcass. All of which is reduce the manual working capacity and raise the productivity.

該設(shè)備主要采用同步輸送技術(shù)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)獸醫(yī)對(duì)同一頭豬的胴體,，紅臟白臟的同步檢疫,，以確保最徹底的檢疫，保證出廠的產(chǎn)品全部經(jīng)過完整的檢疫,。紅白內(nèi)臟可以自動(dòng)脫鉤,、翻盤；沖洗裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)雙向控制洗盤,，自動(dòng)化程度進(jìn)一步提高,。圓盤式落地衛(wèi)檢在胴體輸送機(jī)下面運(yùn)行，使白內(nèi)臟直接落入盤內(nèi),，避免了操作人員轉(zhuǎn)身操作,，減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了工作效率,。

It adopts synchronous conveying technology and realises the synchronous quarantine for carcass, red and white viscera, make sure the engrained inspection and guarantee all product being inspected before delivery. Red and white viscera can automatically unhook and tip over the tray. As for washing device, it allows both manual and auto two way control washing tray, where further increase the level of automation. Besides, the white viscera can fall into the tray because the inspection operates under the carcass conveyor, which is reduces the labor intensity and increase productivity.

16. 空鉤清洗消毒站

該裝置通過水罐中的超聲波組件對(duì)扁擔(dān)鉤進(jìn)行清洗,。為保證清洗效果,，可添加清洗劑。返回輸送機(jī)輸送擔(dān)鉤通過該清洗機(jī),，在出口處,，扁擔(dān)鉤經(jīng)冷水清洗。沖洗水加熱后用于熱水段,。

Disinfection Station of Return Hooks

The unit is used to wash hook by ultrasonic component in ewer. In order to ensure the good cleaning results, cleaning agent is appended for it. Besides, hooks are conveyed through out washer by return conveyor, where hook s are washed by cold water at the exit of washer. Wash water can be used for hot water area after being heated.
