This series of products are special equipments for the slaughter-house. They are mainly used in the cattle slaughtering flow production line. It can be divided into the pneumatic type and the fixed type.

It has the feet-controlled buttons, which can ensure the elevator to elevate or descend to any wanted position.

It is used for cattle de-skinning, which has two specific models, including the hydraulic drive type and the mechanical drive type. The synchronous quarantine has two types: the console model and the suspended type. SHEEP LINE EQUIPMENTS

1. V型限制輸送機

V Type Conveyor

該設備操作簡單，能夠快速有效的將牲畜置于正確的擊昏位置從而使擊昏操作更加便捷,，其獨特的雙側(cè)輸送線（雙側(cè)尼龍帶）,、屠宰生產(chǎn)線，在擊昏前后都保持高效運轉(zhuǎn),。

This equipment is easy to operate, which can put the animal to the suitable position quickly for stunning. Its special two-sided conveying line (bilateral nylon belt) and slaughter production line can work efficiently.

2. 瀝血輸送線

瀝血輸送線主要是通過提升機或自身的提升裝置將毛羊提升進入羊放血軌道線進行放血,、瀝血。

The bloodletting conveying line is used to lift the living sheep to the bloodletting rail conveying line for killing and bloodletting by the hoist/ elevator.

3. 1) 平衡預剝

Balanced Pre-peeling

放血/預剝自動輸送線的掛鉤鉤住羊的后腿,，扯皮自動輸送線的掛鉤鉤住羊的兩前腿,，這兩條自動線的速度是同步前進的，羊的腹部朝上,、背部朝下,，平衡前進，在輸送的過程中進行預剝皮,，這種預剝的方式可有效的控制在預剝過程中羊毛粘在胴體上,。

The hook in the bloodletting/ pre- peeling auto-conveying line hangs one leg of the goat, and the hook in the peeling auto-conveying line hangs the other leg, and the two auto-conveying lines will move forward synchronously. The belly of the goat is face-up and the back is face-down. It moves forward balanced, and to pre-peel the skin during the conveying. This kind of pre-peeling can avoid the wool sticky together with the carcass during the pre-peeling.

4. 羊扯皮機

Sheep Peeling Machine

羊用扯皮機的夾皮裝置夾住羊皮，從羊的后腿往前腿方向扯下整張羊皮,，根據(jù)屠宰的工藝,，也可從羊的前腿往后腿方向扯下整張羊皮。

The clamp device will clamp the sheepskin, then to peel the sheepskin from the back leg to the fore leg. According to the slaughter technology, it can also peel the sheepskin from the fore leg to the back leg.

5.胴體加工輸送線

開胸,、取紅白內(nèi)臟,、胴體檢驗、胴體修割等是在胴體加工輸送線上完成的,。羊胴體進行修整,，修整后進入軌道電子秤進行胴體的稱重。根據(jù)稱重的結(jié)果進行分級蓋章,。

The chest opening, evisceration, carcass quarantine and trimming are accomplished in this conveying line. The carcass should be trimmed, and then enter the orbit electric scale for weighing. The carcass are classified and stamped according to the weighing.

6. 同步衛(wèi)檢

This set of equipments used to convey the carcass and the viscera to the inspection area for sampling inspection. The hooks and the trays will be automatically cleaned and sterilized through the cold-hot-cold water.
